TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

As you can see from our employee profiles, we take career progression very seriously and understand that training our people is fundamental to our growth and future success.

We have a dedicated Training team who run regular training sessions and training programmes. Legal/technical development is provided in house, including providing Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours training for our qualified staff. We also provide Customer Service training, Personal Development training and Leadership Development for our Managers.

Induction Training

All new starters are invited to attend a Welcome Programme, which covers a range of topics which new employees will find invaluable when they first join the Company. They will also receive systems training if applicable to their role.

Training Deduction Policy

Employees wishing to undertake training related to their role are offered a salary sacrifice scheme enabling them to spread the cost of the training course/professional qualification across a number of months.

Company Supported Training

Council for Licenced Conveyancers (CLC) Qualification
The Company supports study for the CLC qualification, and run one of the CLC Foundation modules as an accredited in-house module, with courses run in each Centre by the training team on a regular basis. Further CLC modules can be studied by distance learning.

Non Legal Qualifications
The Company also supports with non legal training programmes, if it is required for your role.

All requests for Company-supported study are assessed against a number of criteria including business requirements
