“ I started with CPL as a Customer Manager in 2004 and shortly after I was promoted to the position of Legal Assistant which enabled me to get involved in the legal cases and work alongside the Property Lawyers. I then was given the chance to join the Trainee Associate Property Lawyer programme, which develops Legal Assistants to Associate Property Lawyers in a 12 month period, which is fantastic! The programme is made up of people from all the CPL Centres so I also got a chance to get to know colleagues from our Cardiff Centre.
