“ I joined CPL just over a year ago straight from University as a Sales Progressor, for what I though would be a temporary role, however I was quickly promoted to Senior Sales Progressor and have not looked back!

Although I have a set job role, everyday is different. My biggest achievement so far is designing a training plan for all new Sales Progressors, and it is great to see it being used by every team. My role involves building great relationships with both clients and estate agents, and this part of my role is very rewarding.

Coming to CPL with no conveyancing experience was quite daunting, but the training I have received has been excellent, and everyone was happy to answer any questions I had. I have completed the Council for Licensed Conveyancers foundation course, which is accredited by the CLC and has really helped my knowledge of the conveyancing process.

I am a member of the CPL netball team, which is an excellent way to meet other people in the centre. Our social committee also arrange several events throughout the year, and payday is always an entertaining night out! ”
