Since I joined the company, I have got to know the majority of staff members within the centre as a result of social events, such as quiz nights, barbecues, fun days, coach trips and after work drinks.

There's always something to keep you busy in your free time. In particular, on our team we have arranged a weekend away to Manchester as a way of getting to know each other better outside work.
